This session was truly unique, it was the first time we had the chance to capture an engagement session on a sailboat. At first, we were beyond excited, and then we wondered how tricky it might be to work in such a tight space. Luckily, everything fell into place. Amanda and Jake dressed the part perfectly, and the captain was welcoming and relaxed, which made the morning effortless.

We met early in Coconut Grove at the marina and set sail, spending about an hour cruising and playing with light, posing, and capturing this special chapter in their lives. Being out on the open water with nobody around felt incredible, no distractions, no nerves, just the camera and these two love birds. There was a stillness that morning that made it feel like time paused, and sometimes you just want to live in a moment forever. We hope that is exactly what Amanda and Jake feel every time they look at these photos.
